
Fourchette 2025
Where culinary experience meets spatial design.
From June 7 to 9, Fourchette took place the culinary event where gastronomy, experience, and design come together seamlessly. For this edition, the organizers turned to Eland to furnish the entire venue from entrance to bar, from lounge to dining area.
The setting was given the same attention as the menu. Every piece of furniture was carefully selected to reflect the atmosphere of each moment, using warm wood tones, elegant transparents, and tactile materials to define distinct zones throughout the space.
A true eye-catcher was the green bar from our own collection, recoloured especially for this event in our atelier. With glassware overhead and refined detailing below, it brought both structure and character to the setting.
In addition to providing the furniture, Eland handled the full setup and logistics. We helped shape an experience where flow, comfort, and ambiance worked in harmony with the culinary journey creating an event to remember long after the final course.
