Eland BVBA also hold the copyright on photographs and other images of the goods which may be supplied to a client or potential client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"), whether or not in digital form. The Client hereby acknowledges these intellectual property rights and will respect them.

This entails inter alia that the Client will refrain from copying or imitating those goods, and from lending any cooperation in such activities. The Client hereby undertakes to refrain from designing, producing, offering, introducing to the market, selling, supplying, hiring out, importing, exporting, exhibiting, using or stocking for any of these purposes any goods which might under intellectual property rights or design rights be deemed to be a copy or to breach the intellectual property rights of Eland BVBA.

The Client hereby undertakes never to use the distinctive product names used by Eland BVBA for their goods for goods not originating with Eland BVBA.

All drawings, photographs and other documentation provided to the Client by Eland BVBA and expressly identified by Eland BVBA as confidential (hereinafter referred to as " the Confidential Material") shall be handled by the Client as confidential, and shall therefore be kept strictly secret with regard to third parties. The Client is required to maintain confidentiality for a period of 10 years following the date of provision of the Confidential Material to the Client by Eland BVBA, or until such time as the Confidential Material is released to the public by or by permission of Eland BVBA themselves.
The Client hereby undertakes not to use the Confidential Material in any way on the Client's own account or on account of or in collaboration with any third party.
